I also wanted to say that good handlers are worth their weight in gold. I'm been blessed to have a string of good ones the last few years. Richard is no exception! I got alittle banged up on our training run yesterday. Nothing life threatening or permanently disabling, but it has slowed me down. Richard has picked up the slack willingly and happily. I am very grateful!!
And oh yeah, according to Charge, he gives great snuggles!
Doesn't that snow look wonderful !! Am glad that the snow gods really were listening.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, what does " a little" banged up entail?????
Glad Richard is there to help and it's obvious that Charge is really pleased.
Chuckling - Charge, that is going to ruin the tough sled dog image.
ReplyDeleteHope you are ok.
The snow is absolutely beautiful. Love the scenery pictures - and, of course, the dogs.
I'm so glad you finally got some snow. It looks great and I bet the dogs are enjoying it. Hope you're feeling better after getting "banged up"!
ReplyDeleteHope you are ok, I too would like Your definition of a little banged up.... I'm not sure what Charge likes better the snow or Richard, way too cute

I may have to head up there sooner then later. No snow to the south and its killing me. Great to see those Northwapiti dogs running on snow. I bet their feet liked it.
ReplyDeleteMan I wish it would do that here! Great pictures, I love that picture of Dasher.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l pictures! Love the dogs - love the snow! Must say I am a little jealous...but I am living through you - so go out and make the most of it! Keep sharing the awesome photos and stories!
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful! Enjoy the snow... !
ReplyDeleteAs for the handler part. I am thinking that as my kids grow up and begin their lives that I may need to start looking for a handler too. LOL
