Eleventh Hour, Eleventh Day, Eleventh Month

I will stop on my training run this morning to offer my one minute of silence for all those who give so much for our country.
I hope you will all be doing the same - it is such a small thing in exchange for their huge sacrifices.

    Oh I definitely will. Especially where my daughter is now an active member of the Army....

    This was a beautiful, moving tribute to all our armed forces, even though it was centered on the Canadian forces. It really brought tears to my eyes. We certainly have a lot to be thankful for.
