Thanks, Penny, for this and all of your great updates and cartoons during the race. You helped all of us keep our focus and enjoy the Iditarod in spite of some of the nail-biting segments. You rock (and, of course, you have some great material to work with)!
Congratulations to one amazing musher and her awesome sleddogs...! Way to go! Penny - thank you for making this race "come alive" for all of us...it was an amazing ride!
Thanks for all your wonderful posts Bet and your excellent cartoons, Cartoonist. Maybe now you can get back to the Nyquil. :-) Way to go Karen and the Pretty Sled Dogs. I can breathe again! Tammy
Great job to all! Minions, reporters, Musher and dogs - You all are to be commended for all the work that went into the race and the coverage. Once the Musher has had a chance to catch up on some well deserved rest and food, I hope that we fans will get to read some 'On the Trail' stories. I know I for one am looking forward to reading what happened out there on the trail. Again - Congrat's on a well run race!
Congrats on a great run Karen and PCTs. Bet and Penny...it was definitely a wild ride. Once Wayward was introduced the hilarity became overpowering. How can you top this race? Have many PCTs as AKA champions!
Congratulations Karen and your beautiful dogs. It was just such a wonderful 2 weeks. There were some stressful times too. Thanks to all the fans that posted information plus the funny cartoons. It was an interesting journey. We hope she will post some stories once she is home and well rested. Thanks again Karen for this exciting journey. Your in laws.
Congratulations! (it's not whether you win...) It was fun watching two Siberian teams on the Iditarod Trail. So glad there are at least a few people proving the great worth of this ancient breed! Thanks so much for taking us all along for the ride! Pics and cartoons (and the Wayward GPS) were awesome!
Congratulations Karen and all the Pretty Curly Tails! Thank you, Bet, for keeping us constantly updated! Here's a shout-out to all the musher minions and Richard who helped her get to Nome!
