I think I love them for the same reason, the history... going back in time, it's fascinating.dogsled_staciehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17403769033505046018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1960268082908671136.post-25610257073430054502009-11-10T11:14:38.768-07:002009-11-10T11:14:38.768-07:00I often imagine what the people were like who live...I often imagine what the people were like who lived in those old places, and what kind of activity surrounded them. Don't see many of those anymore either. Very nice shots - esp the one with the partial snow....gosh I wish it would snow....Thanks for sharing!ElizabethMChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02435559147923880598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1960268082908671136.post-6636223406981858072009-11-09T07:01:33.913-07:002009-11-09T07:01:33.913-07:00I see many around here too. Montana's history is fairly new, so 1893 would be a time of settlement. I just cringe when the old places disappear. We have a business here in the valley that buys old buildings, then disassembles them, stacks the wood pieces and charges a fortune to "new" people that can afford to have a new building built out of old boards. The history disappears. It makes me cry often. I know how you feel as the history disappears.granimarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08997991293267038859noreply@blogger.com
