Just a minor strain, I'm already on the mend and will be back to Ninja Sheepie herding by tomorrow!
This brings me to the very importanty importance of stretching before any sort of rigorous exercising!
Oh sure, when you are young pups, you can just hightail it after some baa baa sheepie things, or even Pretty Curly Tail pups without a second thought, but when you get older, you really need to warm up those muscles before chasing after something. You aren't invincible you know, and muscles tend to get all angry and inflamed and ouchie.
That happened to me while practicing some new Ninja skills on the sheepies the other day. I felt a twang and that put me out for a few days.
So, here are some stretching tips for everybodies!
First, when you get up from your nap, it's important to get the bloods flowing, so always start off with a good full body stretch.
After that, go into a "down dog" position to get those back muscles a good stretching.
Be careful not to step on your ears, that could be a hugey huge problem when moving on to the "flamingo" pose.
I guess I should mention that you need to work up to the "flamingo"... it can be challenging and should be tried alone because who wants cats laughing at them when you land in a huge lump on the floor... not that this has ever happened to me or anything... nope.
After stretching, you should also probably take a nap, because stretching can be tiring.

We learn so much from you. Our knowledge comes from old movies like Karate Kid and we thought the Flamingo was called the "Crane." Should have known Hollywood would make that up.
