Great video, Richard. I hope Turtle made his mom proud. Watching that video makes me miss being up at NW more than I already do.

I really felt like I was there... even leaning into the turns as I watched. Thanks for sharing that with all of us!

I couldn't help myself I had to make a comment. Boy, do they look fast and efficient!!!(with the extra exclamation points)

Watching a video of the team makes it out to be a lot faster than the pictures I've seen!

Love the video and really, really love the music choice! Obviously, Mike was at North Wapiti the wrong time of year...he's going to be so jealous when he sees this!!

Deb/Mike - There is no wrong time of year to be here !
Just different times and different experiences. All good. (shovel and feed at -40'c and I know you would change your comment!! It's not all play as you know. LOL)

For those that don't know 'Jaclyn' who commented on this post. She and her husband, Chris are responsible for starting me down this path in my life. They sold me my first Siberian - and my first dog sled ride was behind a team of their wonderful dogs.
I'm happy some of my 'kids' (with thanks to Richard) could bring back some of those memories for you Jackie and Chris. Hope the tans are coming along well!!
Much love, Karen

The dogs' answer to How far do you wanna go? seems to be "as far as we can, really fast!" Love it! Thank you, Kara, and your assistants.

Richard - thanks for giving the name of the group of the tune. I happened to hear it on the CW station on my way home tonight and all I could picture was the Pretty Sled Dogs and the video you did! Good work again!

Huskymom - thx for the YouTube link. I think it was filmed in my hometown! (San Francisco). As nice as the video is, I like Richard's better with the NW Sled Dogs!
