2 Pygmy Goats and a Llama...

This is what we passed on our run yesterday - seriously!!

I guess if we ever run into 2 pygmy goats and a Llama on Iditarod, we'll be ready.

LOL! The lighter colored goat reminds me of the two we had. the dogs were sure what to think of them but then soon got used to them.

On the other hand, if they can pass them, they should be able to go by anything without paying attention to it.

A friend has pygmy goats & a llama, they must go well together. Llama's can spit quite a distance. All 3 of my sibes have learned to make friends. ;o)

LLamas can also used as gaurdian animals for livestock, so can donkeys. I know of one farmer near us who has a couple of llamas, a donkey and several Maremas working with his sheep and cattle. Woe betide any coyote, wolf or bear that tries to take livestock for dinner ..they will (and have) gotten a really rough reception.
