Getting There..

Well, you gotta give the weather credit for trying. Yesterday when we left on our run, this is what it looked like outside -

Not bad, but unlike our snow from a few weeks back, the ground isn't frozen now, so in a few hours things looked more like this -

The dogs were not impressed!

I asked them to smile for the camera, but this is all I got -

It was still a good solid 27 mile run and if you ignored the dripping trees and mud at your feet - the scenery was pretty!

Hopefully it won't be too much longer until winter comes back!

Gallatin Valley, Montana seems to mirror your weather. We woke up to an inch or so of snow Wed a.m.[lots in the mountains], gone by the afternoon. Yesterday we woke up to more than an inch of snow, but it looked strange. When I checked it was pouring down rain, snow didn't last long, but the mud did. I'm with the dogs though Karen, not many smiles just sort of let's get this done. The eyes in the close-ups all have the same question in them, "Hey Mom, do you really think this is fun?" Ugh I hate the mud.

Better than the weather in Quebec (from a Siberian Husky perspective!)... Currently all we need is a sweatshirt (I would like to buy one of yours, they look great if they can be available in XS or s at worst... shed lots of weight since I own Sibes! and the only reason we use our harnesses is to go jogging! Your dogs' muddy faces are wonderful, though!
