Alaskan's Jumper of Anadyr
September 14, 1996 - December 14, 2010
Although Jumper never quite make our race teams, her contribution to our kennel was huge!! Mother to Sprite, Barq, and Dew, her genetics will continue to play a significant role in our and many other kennels for generations to come.
She was a sweet, quirky gal who taught us all alot. We were so honored when Earl and Natalie Norris offered her to us. I remember Norris's handler leaning over after the offer was made and saying "This is a GOOD one". He was right.
Thank you Jumpy for being such a wonderful Mom and leaving us such a wonderful legacy.

Karen & Mark, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Jumper was a great girl - I recall she was one I was trying to get from the Norris' for myself ;-) Barb
Life Through Dogs
I'm so sorry. I remember Jumper from my first visit to your kennel. I have video of her. Quite a gal. She lived a good, long, full life.
Godspeed Jumper.
Jumper left you a great legacy with her kids and grandkids. I'm giving her retired daughter Sprite an extra hug today....See you in the stars, Jumpey.
Aw-w-w-w Jumpy, I'm really so sorry for you to leave us. I know it was time, but the ache really is for those left behind. Sparkle with the stars and be delighted with the children you've left behind.
Oh my, two the same day? I thought I'd made a mistake in what I'd read, had to go back and "re-read". Am doubly sorry.
Sorry Karen! I remember training Jumper as a yearling at Norris'. How time flys! What a sweetie she was... Full of life and spunk! Her older sister Soldotna was a first dog I bought from Earl and Natalie, and Jumper always was special to me too.
Karen, again I'm so very sorry for your loss! Northwapiti is certainly having a rough week.
Karen, as always my thoughts are with you at this sad time.
It is always so hard to say goodbye to good friends especially when it is two on the same day .
God speed, i will be looking for that extra bright star in the sky.
Oh no, beautiful Jumpy, I am so sorry. Not for you Jumper, you lived a wonderful long life, but for those left behind. You still deserve to wear your silver harness proudly!
R.I.P. Jumpy. You will live on forever in your many kids and grandkids! Your daughter Magpie and her offspring make you proud and never forgotten over the big pond, here in Sweden!
So sorry to hear about Jumper & Camilla and to lose both of them on the same day must be heartwrenching:(
I am glad you got to spend so many years with them.
Run free Jumper & Camilla, you have both earned your silver harnesses!!!
Aleeya
Jumper - always happy little gal, who was full of energy and joy. I met her at winter 99 at Norrises, she was same age as my brood bitch Alaskan´s Bijana of Anadyr I got from the Norrises. Bijana left just few days before Jumper - they were good friends in Alaska, maybe it was ment that they will go together also.
I am sorry of your loss Karen and Mark. It is hard to loose the golden oldies.
We're so sorry to hear about your loss. Glad to have met them, though.
Karen and Mark - I'm so sorry for your loss of these two wonderful "seasoned citizens" of your pack. May they look down on all your races, keeping a watchful eye on you and the team. Warm woofs...
